About Us
Morgantown Early Learning Facility is a non-profit, parent owned educational center that serves children from a wide geographical area including Monongalia, Marion, and Preston Counties, and Southwestern Pennsylvania.
Parents and staff of Morgantown ELF cherish the worth and dignity of each child! Our goal for this program is to provide a succession of experiences whereby each child may have the opportunity to develop at her/his own rate as he/she becomes an individual.
ELF is comprised of four components: Toddler, Pre-School, Pre-K and Elementary. Our Elementary program involves before and after school, non-school day, snow day and a full-day summer program.
