Morgantown Early Learning Facility is a non-profit, parent owned educational center that serves children from Monongalia County and beyond.

Philosophy

Parents and staff of Morgantown ELF cherish the worth and dignity of each child! Our goal for this program is to provide a succession of experiences whereby each child may have the opportunity to develop at her/his own rate as she/he becomes an individual.

Programs

ELF offers One Year Old, Toddler, Preschool, Pre-K and Elementary programs.  Our Elementary program involves before and after school, no school day, snow day and a full-day summer program.
